Kendal Hills Farm is a family farm on 70 acres of rolling woodland in the Oak Ridges Moraine near Orono, committed to regenerative agriculture. Its Kune Kune pigs are raised on pasture and fed non-GMO feed.
About 1.25 lb of pork soup bones. Roast them first, then simmer with onion, carrot and bay for a rich stock, the base of a split pea soup or a pot of beans for a cool evening.
