Bayfield Provisions is a boutique granola bakery that began in the village of Bayfield, Ontario and now bakes each small batch by hand in Toronto's east end, fresh every week. No. 1 Original is the granola that started it all, gluten-free and vegan, with warm cardamom and cinnamon, toasted whole almonds, and dried cranberries and apricots.

Spoon it over yogurt, pile it on baked fall apples, or graze on it by the handful as a snack. A 400g bag makes a generous week of breakfasts.
