The All Oatmeal Cookie Mix is built around freshly ground and flaked Canadian organic oats, for a rustic oat cookie.

It is good plain, and just as good with a little vanilla or cinnamon stirred in. Let the dough stand for 30 minutes to firm up, then spoon it onto cookie sheets for 24 to 36 cookies. It is quick enough to make a fine after-school baking project, and the finished cookies freeze well.
