Sunflower seed oil is known for its neutral taste and versatility in the kitchen. The colour ranges from pale yellow to golden. It has a smooth consistency and a light aroma, which doesn't overpower the scent of the associated dishes.

Great for preparing sauces like mayonnaise, for frying, but also as a finishing touch on dishes since when used cold, it preserves all the organoleptic properties of the oil. Also excellent in desserts as a butter substitute.
