Behind this shelf are millers, beekeepers, preservers, roasters and small-batch makers who take their ingredients seriously. The range covers baking, cereal and oats, condiments, honey and syrups, nuts and snacks, oils and vinegars, pickles, preserves, grains and spices.

Much of it comes from Ontario, but it isn't Ontario-only, and we won't pretend it is. Olives, spices and cacao don't grow here, so we gather those from producers we trust further afield. Everything earns its place by the care behind it, so graze your way through the shelf.
