H.O.P.E. Eco Farms is a cooperative of small farms in the Aylmer Amish community in southwestern Ontario. This kefir is made from the milk of their grass-fed water buffalo: a cultured yogurt drink for the whole family. It is non-homogenized and pasteurized at the lowest temperature to meet regulations, with no thickeners or gums, so the cream and whey separate naturally.
Shake well, then pour plain kefir over granola, blend it with fall fruit or use it in pancake batter and salad dressings. Gather a bottle for the week.
