H.O.P.E. Eco Farms is a cooperative of small farms in the Aylmer Amish community in southwestern Ontario, where the water buffalo are grass fed. This plain yogurt is non-homogenized and pasteurized at the lowest temperature to meet regulations, with no thickeners or gums, so the cream rises naturally to the top.
Thick and rich, it is lovely with fall fruit and honey, in dips and marinades, or dolloped over spiced soups. Graze on a bowl with toasted nuts.
