Yorkshire Valley Farms was founded in 2010 by two eastern Ontario farming families, and its chickens are raised on family-run Ontario farms, including two main chicken farms in the Peterborough area. The birds are certified organic by Pro-Cert, never given antibiotics, and fed a non-GMO grain diet, with seasonal access to organic pasture.
Split wings, a mix of drumettes and wingettes, individually quick-frozen for easy portioning. Bake, air fry or grill from frozen. Toss them in a dry rub or your favourite sauce and gather a crowd for game day.
