Pork

Our pork comes from Ontario farmers and local processors who raise and prepare it with care, from pigs on pasture and among the trees to organic and barn raised herds. Some farms raise heritage breeds such as Berkshire, Tamworth and Kune Kune, and each ingredient page says what we know about where and how it was raised.

The range runs from chops, roasts, ribs and ground pork to bacon, peameal, ham, sausages, lard and bones for stock, so there is something to graze on at every meal. Cuts are seasonal, availability changes with the farmers, and everything arrives frozen.

Weekly delivery to Toronto, the GTA, Durham Region, Peterborough and the Kawarthas and Northumberland.
