St. Brigid's Creamery is a family-run farm near Brussels, in Huron County, Ontario. Their butter is barrel churned from the cream of their own A2 Jersey herd, which grazes on mob-managed pasture. The farm is certified organic, Regenerative Organic Certified (Silver) and Certified Animal Welfare Approved, and the butter is grass-fed certified.
