Weth Mushrooms Inc. is a family-owned Canadian mushroom farm operated by husband-and-wife team Ryan and Susan Weth. Established on a property originally purchased by Ryan’s father, Tom, in 1999, the farm has grown from a small forestry-based venture into a state-of-the-art indoor growing facility spanning over 10,000 square feet.
Dedicated to producing premium-quality mushrooms year-round, Weth Mushrooms manages every stage of production in-house, from spawn and growing medium creation to incubation, cultivation, harvesting, and packaging. Each mushroom is carefully hand-harvested to ensure exceptional freshness and quality.
Proudly 100% Canadian, Weth Mushrooms has been certified organic by Pro-Cert Organic Systems Ltd. since the beginning of operations and maintains Canadian Organic Regime (COR) certification.
