Oak Manor is a family-owned artisan mill in Oxford County, Ontario. The Reibling family has farmed there since 1943, turned to organic growing in the 1970s, and started the mill in 1975. Today the family focuses on milling and works with organic growers.
This fine-ground cornmeal is made from yellow corn. Use it for cornbread and muffins, for a crisp coating on fried fish, or cook it slowly into a creamy porridge or polenta on a cold morning.
