Chicken Thighs, Organic IQF - 1kg

Yorkshire Valley Farms was founded in 2010 by two eastern Ontario farming families, and its chickens are raised on family-run Ontario farms, including two main chicken farms in the Peterborough area. The birds are certified organic by Pro-Cert, never given antibiotics, and fed a non-GMO grain diet, with seasonal access to organic pasture.

Bone-in, skin-on thighs, individually quick-frozen so you can use only what you need. Dark meat can take longer cooking without drying out, which makes thighs a great cut for grilling or braising. Cook until a thermometer in the thickest part reads 165F (74C), and keep raw poultry away from other foods. Gather a few for a Sunday braise.
