Nature's Farm is a family-owned egg farm and pasta shop in Steinbach, Manitoba. Hermann and Sheryl have produced eggs since 1987, and the farm was the first laying hen farm in Canada to become Certified Humane. Their farm-fresh free-run eggs go into the pasta.
This tagliatelline pairs red lentil semolina with those eggs, so it is a wheat-free pasta with a rich, golden bite. Toss it with garlic, olive oil and roasted tomatoes, or with a simple cream sauce and greens for an easy supper.
