The Spent Goods Company is a Toronto artisan bakery that rescues barley grain from local breweries and bakes it into breads, buns and bagels. The bagels are baked daily, plant-based, and made without preservatives or additives.

These soft pretzel bagels have a deep golden crust and a chewy centre. Thaw for about 10 minutes, then toast for 4 to 5 minutes. Fill them with sharp cheddar and grainy mustard, or with an Ontario egg and a slice of tomato for a breakfast sandwich worth gathering for.
