Blythe Weber learned to preserve from her grandmothers, Anne and Iva, and now makes small-batch jams and jellies with Adam Smith on their family farm in Trent Hills, Ontario. They cook with pots and spoons rather than vats, and have sold at Ontario markets since 2009.

A generous amount of Ontario raspberries goes into this jar, so the flavour stays bright and true. Spread it on buttered toast or croissants, sandwich it between shortbread, or ripple it through ice cream and yogurt on a warm evening.
