Description

Urban Fare Catering & Food Shop on Bathurst Street in Toronto has been run by Paul and Eva Jannetta since 1996. Its frozen line is inspired by recipes from Paul's mother, prepared in small batches in the shop kitchen and frozen at peak freshness.

This meat lasagna layers pasta, slow simmered meat sauce, creamy ricotta and melted mozzarella, and serves 2 to 3 people. Bake from frozen at 375F for 45 to 50 minutes, or from thawed at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes, and let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
