Description

Spade & Spoon is a family farm in Trent Hills, Northumberland County, run by Blythe Weber and Adam Smith. It began in 2008 with a vegetable patch planted on the ground of Blythe's grandmother Iva's old garden, and the preserving started when the harvest outgrew the kitchen.

This low sugar jam lets Ontario strawberries come through clearly. Spread it on sourdough with cream cheese, stir it into yogurt with granola, or spoon it over weekend pancakes. Gather a jar for the pantry and strawberry season stays close all year.
