Prime Rib Roast

A premium oven roast, destined to impress at any occasion! The prime rib roast is cut from the rib. Season with your favourite spices and place roast fat side up if possible. Insert meat thermometer. Cover with foil or a lid. Sear roast for 10 minutes in oven at 450 F. Then reduce heat to 275 F and cook until desired doneness. Cover and let stand for at least 15 minutes before cutting.
