Our hot chocolate selection includes drinking chocolate mixes, cacao powder, and specialty blends made by Ontario confectioners and chocolatiers who source their cacao directly from growers. Cacao doesn't grow in Ontario, but the producers we work with are as selective about their sourcing as we are about ours. Rich, warming, and worth taking the extra minute to make properly.
