Cured meats, smoked sausages, and deli items from Ontario producers who work with animals raised on the same farms we buy our fresh meat from. Our deli selection includes charcuterie, salami, smoked ham, pastrami, and specialty cured items made primarily from Ontario-raised pork, beef, and poultry. Small-batch charcuterie made from good animals is a different product from the commodity deli meat sold by the slice in most grocery stores.
