Country white sourdough

Our most delicious and simple sourdough bread. 100% sourdough.

Made with unbleached white flour, long-ferment and baked in our steam injected oven. Each loaf weighs approximately 550-600g.

Frozen within hours of being out of the oven, so you can have fresh sourdough whenever you need it. Bread is safe to thaw and refreeze if needed. 

This bread can be thawed on your counter top within a couple of hours.
If you would like to warm it in the oven, you could preheat it to 350F, and bake the bread for about 20-30 minutes. 
Pro tip for re-baking bread: give it a light mist with some water from a spray bottle before baking in a dutch oven or other lidded oven-safe vessel. It will help the centre of the loaf retain moisture and allow the crust to get crispy without being too dry. Make sure to check on the loaf after about 15-20 minutes' if the crust feels soft, you can remove the lid for the last 10 minutes.
