Pierogi House opened in Kitchener, Ontario in 2015, built on the family recipes of Irena Kotas, known as Babcia, who grew up in southeast Poland where pierogi were a staple. The pierogies are hand pinched in that tradition.

The Jalapeño Cheddar adds a gentle kick to a creamy potato and cheddar filling. Boil them, then crisp them in a pan and serve with sour cream or a spoonful of salsa.
