These balls of chickpea flour batter hold seasonal vegetables and are vegan and gluten free, a handy heat and serve snack or appetizer. Thaw in the fridge for 6 to 8 hours, then bake at 350F for 6 to 10 minutes, turning once. Magic Oven labels its food with a production date.
