Made with Local began as a farmers' market table in Nova Scotia in 2012, when founder Sheena Russell sold a few dozen bars to her neighbours. Every bar and cookie starts with a base of organic oats grown on the Canadian prairies and is built around nut butters, honey and fruit from named Canadian farmers, with no palm oil and no sugar alcohols.

Creamy almond butter is paired with wild blueberries from Van Dyk's in Nova Scotia, a fan favourite since the market days. It is a good breakfast bar to grab on a busy fall morning.
