Mitsoh, which means eat in Cree, is an Indigenous-founded company started by Ian Gladue that makes bison pemmican strips from pasture-raised Canadian bison. Pemmican is a traditional First Nations food, and these strips are individually wrapped, with 60 calories and 6g of protein each.
