This vegan spanakopita is a savoury spinach pie that began in Greece, made with market greens, leeks and dill. Magic Oven's is fully cooked, so reheat it on a tray at 375F for 10 to 15 minutes, until the top browns. Serves two to four, with each piece making two snack servings.
