Description

ChocoSol makes bean-to-bar dark chocolate in Toronto. The business began in Oaxaca, Mexico in 2004 and has been grinding cacao in Toronto since 2006, roasting and winnowing raw beans and stone-grinding them on volcanic stone wheels for a rustic, richly textured bar.

ChocoSol's own freshly roasted Oaxacan coffee beans are set into 65% dark chocolate for a crunch and a coffee finish. Break it over vanilla ice cream, or graze on a square beside an afternoon cup.
