ChocoSol makes bean-to-bar dark chocolate in Toronto. The business began in Oaxaca, Mexico in 2004 and has been grinding cacao in Toronto since 2006, roasting and winnowing raw beans and stone-grinding them on volcanic stone wheels for a rustic, richly textured bar.

A holiday-season bar pairing sweet 65% chocolate with mint and a touch of spice. Eat it as it comes, or melt it into hot milk for a minty hot chocolate to gather around.
