These organic freeze-dried tomatoes from Cookstown Greens lock in ripe tomato flavour so you can rehydrate them in water any time of year for a taste of fresh tomatoes. Enjoy them straight from the bag as a crunchy, tangy snack, or stir into soups, sauces and stews for a quick burst of tomato flavour. A pantry ingredient worth keeping on hand between harvests.
