Gunn’s Hill, Woodstock, ON. A hand washed rind, cow's milk cheese, that is modeled after a little-known Swiss cheese called Mutchli. The Oxford's Harvest original cheese has a spicy jalapeno seasoning added, to give it a distinctive heat. It is a creamy cheese, developing its lightly lactic and buttery flavors after only six weeks of aging. Think taco Tuesday. Animal rennet free.
