Our MUMGRY Chocolate Peanut Butter is made with the perfect combination of nutritious roasted peanuts, dark chocolate, and a hint of salt.  Rich in protein, our chocolate peanut butter is the perfect snack that can be enjoyed at home with toast, fruit, yams, ice cream, in a smoothie or on a spoon! 

Vegan. Gluten free. Non-GMO.

Do not refrigerate before or after opening. Store in a cool dry space away from direct sunlight. Shelf life is 1 year from our batch date and the expiry date is inscribed on every jar.

MUMGRY was created out of necessity. While grocery shopping hungry and pregnant with her son Apollo, Lilian noticed that there was a lack of snacks that considered the dietary restrictions and needs of women during pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and beyond.

Finding delicious snacks that supported her health and the growth of her baby was challenging. Reading labels and deciphering if snack products were good or bad was time consuming and took all the fun out of eating for 2! Will this cause heartburn? Is it low in sodium and sugar? Does it have protein? Is it rich in vitamin D, omega 3, iron and calcium? Is it yummy?

At 3 weeks postpartum Lilian began "snack prepping" to stay nourished and energized. Homemade healthy snacks became her saviour between meals. After a few tasty experiments MUMGRY was born.
