H.O.P.E. Eco Farms is a cooperative of small farms in the Aylmer Amish community in southwestern Ontario. Their water buffalo are grass fed year round, and this butter is crafted from that rich milk, which has a higher butterfat content and a naturally creamy texture.

Subtly sweet and unsalted, it is lovely for spreading, cooking and baking. Graze on it melted over steamed fall vegetables or spread on warm sourdough.
