H.O.P.E. Eco Farms is a cooperative of small farms in the Aylmer Amish community in southwestern Ontario. This kefir is made from the milk of their grass-fed water buffalo: a cultured yogurt drink for the whole family. It is non-homogenized and pasteurized at the lowest temperature to meet regulations, with no thickeners, gums or artificial colours or flavours, so the cream and whey separate naturally.

Shake well, then pour blueberry kefir over granola, blend it into a morning smoothie or sip it on its own. Gather a bottle for the week.
