H.O.P.E. Eco Farms is a cooperative of small farms in the Aylmer Amish community in southwestern Ontario, where the sheep are grass fed. This plain sheep yogurt is non-homogenized and pasteurized at the lowest temperature to meet regulations, with no thickeners or gums, so the cream rises naturally to the top.
Rich and mellow, it is lovely with fall fruit and honey, in dips and marinades, or dolloped over roasted vegetables. Graze on a bowl with toasted nuts.
