This delicious organic cheese and beer fondue is an innovative product developed in partnership with 1001 Fondues. It is made with La Léonne organic beer from Le Naufrageur, a microbrewery in Gaspésie, and with three L'Ancêtre cheeses: Swiss, Medium Cheddar, and Extra Old Cheddar.

Lactose free and ready-to-serve, this creamy fondue's wonderfully unique flavours will entice you even before you take your first bite!

Cooking Instructions:
Cut the bag on three sides and transfer to a suitable container for the cooking device. 
Stove or Campfire:
Cook for at least 2 minutes over medium heat and stir until creamy and boiling so that internal temperature is at least 75C (167F).
