Spicy coconut sauce with green chillies, basil, lemongrass and ginger - 4-6 servings - 500ml (vegan, gluten free)
Instructions: From frozen, thaw in the fridge over night. Empty contents in a saucepan. Add one cup of your favourite milk or water, and any protein or veggies you like! Heat to a simmer on medium heat on a stove burner stirring gently as it re-heats. Consume within four days of opening, good for three weeks unopened under refrigeration.
