These eggs come from our own hens at Kendal Hills Farm in Orono, a family-run farm on 70 acres of rolling woodland backing onto the Ganaraska Forest. Our laying hens are a mix of heritage varieties, raised outside on pasture and in the orchard, where they forage for plants, insects and the odd mouse (yes, you read that right, chickens are carnivores) alongside certified organic grain.
Gather a dozen for soft-boiled breakfasts, a weekend frittata or a baked custard. We wash our eggs before packaging them for you.
