Cross Wind Farm is a family-run goat dairy in Keene, Ontario, about 15 minutes east of Peterborough, run by Kevin and Cindy. They rebuilt an 1800s barn in 2006 and have made small-batch goat dairy ever since. Their traditional goat yogurt is made with probiotic culture, with no sugar, thickeners or preservatives.
Smooth, light and refreshing, it is lovely with fall fruit and honey, in smoothies or as a base for dips and dressings. Gather a tub for the week.
