3.25% Milk

A $3.00 Bottle Deposit will be added for each bottle of milk. Clean empty bottles can be returned to the dairy for refund, or they can be left out for us to pick up and refund upon your next delivery.

Farm fresh milk with no additives has a short shelf life. This milk has a best before of just 16 days from the time it is bottled.

Bottled LAST week: Expect 6-9 days*
*Exceptions for statutory holidays, the dairy needs to take a day off too! Shelf life may be 2-4 days shorter due to bottling happening Thursday-Sunday, instead of Monday

Sargent Family Dairy is a four-generation Jersey farm in Enniskillen, in Durham Region. Tim and Sharyn Sargent and their family milk their own Jersey herd, which is on pasture in summer, and bottle the milk in their on-farm dairy. Jersey milk is naturally rich and creamy, with A2 beta-casein.

This 3.25% whole milk is lovely in hot chocolate, porridge and fall puddings. Gather a bottle for the week.
