Stush is a Jamaican Canadian, woman owned patty maker founded by Opal Rowe, who could not find a premium patty that felt like a proper meal, so she made her own. Stush is Jamaican slang for proper or good, and the patties are made in small batches.

The jerk chik'n patty is 100% plant based, with non-GMO soy curls seasoned generously with jerk spices and stewed to a smoky, spicy finish. Reheat from frozen in a 380F oven for about 20 minutes, until the filling reaches 165F, or in an air fryer at 375F for 13 to 15 minutes. Do not refreeze. Each patty is 115g.
