Urban Fare Catering & Food Shop on Bathurst Street in Toronto has been run by Paul and Eva Jannetta since 1996. Its frozen line is inspired by recipes from Paul's mother, prepared in small batches in the shop kitchen and frozen at peak freshness.

These homemade beef meatballs come in the shop's signature tomato sauce and serve 2 to 3 people. Toss them with pasta, or tuck them into a toasted sub for an easy weeknight dinner.
