Jewels Under the Kilt is a women-owned maple roasted nut company from a farm outside Fergus, Ontario. Founder and Chief Roaster Elisabeth Burrow began roasting nuts in maple syrup after family gifts of syrup got her experimenting, and the recipes use locally sourced ingredients.

Fresh pecans roasted with dark maple syrup and sea salt, layered flavours that pair well with a cheese board and a glass of your favourite wine. A good one to graze on while the leaves turn.
