M-C Dairy is a Toronto-area dairy with roots going back to 1905. Village Butter is made the way the family's grandparents made it in Galicia: heavy cream tempered for 48 hours for a smooth texture, then strictly barrel churned. Sea salt is added while the fresh butter is rolled and folded, which also conditions it and removes excess moisture.
Smooth and rich, this salted butter is made for toast, corn on the cob and sautéed greens. Graze on it with warm bread at the table.
