Mad Mexican
Jose Hadad spent lots of time with his grandmother, who was a great cook. Whenever she hosted parties or gatherings, she would start cooking three days before so that the mole could properly age by the time it was to be served. Reflecting back on those memories was what sparked the idea of Mad Mexican...Jose wanted to bring those Mexican flavours to his new home in Canada.
Jose wanted to start a revolution in food, bringing food back to what it was. He wanted to share the food that was touched with love, so at the end of the day when you take home the tortillas or salsas from Mad Mexican and you're sharing them with your family or friends, it will bring a smile to your face.
