Description

Alderwood Farms works with family farms that focus on organic and sustainable agriculture to make its organic free-range chicken bone broth. It is slow simmered with vegetables and herbs in small batches for 24 hours, then flash frozen.

A thick, gelatinous broth, rich in flavour and low in sodium, 500 ml per pack. Heat it and sip it from a mug on a cold day, or use it in place of water when you cook rice, grains and soups. A good one to gather in the freezer for the colder months.
