Chives are the smallest member of the onion family, with a mild onion flavour. They're great in the kitchen and can be used in a variety of dishes, including chive pesto, omelettes, and loaded baked potatoes! 

Fresh chives can be stored in the refrigerator in a plastic bag for up to one week.
