Sheep & Goat's Cheese Board Bundle with Low Sugar Blueberry Jam

This is for the cheese lovers who may not be able to have cow's milk, and for the adventurous alike!

This bundle contains two goat cheeses and one sheep's milk cheese, and a jar of Spade & Spoon's delicious Low Sugar Blueberry Jam. All you need is the board, any crackers or accompaniments that you love, and you're all set!

How many will this serve?
10 people: when accompanied by other grazing foods (about 1.5oz per person)
5 people: when no other food is served (about 3oz per person)

The cheeses:
Fresh Chevre with Roasted Garlic: From Woolwich Dairy in Orangeville, Ontario. Our original goat cheese logs are rich and creamy with a little zip and tanginess. Smooth and spreadable when tempered, firm and crumbly when cold. A versatile award winning cheese. Perfectly pairs with Sauvignon Blanc, citrusy Belgian beer or crisp dry cider.

Sheep Gouda: From Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese in Woodstock, Ontario. This is a creamy Gouda style cheese that we make with sheep milk from HOPE Artisan Dairy Co-op. This Gouda is aged for six months until it's delicate flavours develop.

Old Goat Cheddar: From Woolwich Dairy in Orangeville, Ontario. This old goat learned a few new tricks. The buttery texture you can expect is combined with sharpness for a pleasant surprise. Like any quality cheese, it is more than welcome on any cheeseboard and accompanied by a big red wine. But don't be shy, it's perfectly good for snacking with crusty bread or shredded into pastas or casseroles. It perfectly pairs with a robust red wine
