Springhills is a family-owned Ontario seafood company with roots dating back more than 35 years. What began as a dream for founders Jim and Lynette Taylor grew into a thriving aquaculture operation focused on raising high-quality, responsibly farmed fish. Today, the business is led by the next generation of the Taylor family, who share a passion for sustainable food production and environmental stewardship.
Known for its commitment to ethical aquaculture, Springhills raises fish using innovative farming methods that prioritize fish welfare, environmental responsibility, and product quality. The company became one of Central Canada’s first land-based fish farms to achieve Best Aquaculture Practices certification and is recognized for its dedication to sustainable seafood production.
