Description

Spade and Spoon is a small batch preserves company run by Blythe Weber and Adam Smith on their farm in Northumberland County, Ontario, between Warkworth and Campbellford. Many of the ingredients are grown right on the farm without chemical pesticides or fertilizers, and the rest come from trusted neighbouring farms.

Autumn Chutney is full of apples, carrots, onions and garlic, and it is most distinct for its malted vinegar base. Delicious in sandwiches, on cheese and crackers, or alongside a fall supper when you gather everyone at the table.
